Unique API Workflows
Client Quote Engine

Allows clients to get a quote directly on your website with a simple URL embedded using an iFrame.

Clients enter their travel dates, names and dates of birth of the applicants to generate a quote.

If clients decide to proceed with the quote, they submit a request to be contacted.

An email is sent with the quote and quote reference numbers. You will be copied on this email.

You now reach out to the client to discuss their selected coverage and make any recommendations.

To finalize the quote, you use the existing TIPS system or send the client a "Quote Link" which allows them to confirm eligibility, complete the medical declaration (if required) and make payment.

You are in control of the sales process and have the opportunity to provide advice and build a relationship with the client.
Why this approach?
While “Buy Now" links allow clients to purchase travel insurance without agent involvement, we feel they also train clients to bypass agents entirely for future sales. Over time, this model will erode the agent’s role and value in the sales process, ultimately leading clients to deal directly with the insurer.
Since 1979, our mission has always been to support our agents, not replace them. We have developed an API that lightens the agent’s workload and streamlines sales while keeping the agent front and center throughout the entire process.
